I'm looking for a non smoker female to share partly furnished (shared areas are furnished) 3br house with a 26 year old professional female. The room is unfurnished and will fit a double or queen sized bed. The house is in the Weston Creek area, which is quiet and close to shops ( 5 mins from Cooleman Court, 10 mins to woden, 15mins to the City) and bus stops.The house has gas ducted heating, a big backyard, a dishwasher and high speed broadband internet. The bathroom will be shared. No pets please as I already have a cat so hopefully you are an animal lover. She is usually outside during the day when I'm at work and inside at night. Hopefully you don' mind cats.I work full time in the Australian Public Service and am friendly but when I get home from work I like to chill out with a good meal and a dvd. I am a friendly person but I am past the partying stage so I don't really want my house to turn into party central especially on the week days. I am looking for someone who is mature, clean, quiet but friendly and who is reliable with rent, so preferably employed. Rent is $200pw (plus bond).
