You needn’t buy anything, just move in with your luggage!!Rent includes anything (gas, electricity, water and some daily commodities) except internet and food. Bond (two weeks rent: $290) is required. The house is separated into two parts. The landlady is living in the small part which likes a studio. You only need to share bathroom and living room with one female, and share the kitchen with two other occupants. You can use any thing in the house, such as microware, dishwasher, fridge, cookers, cups, bowls, plates, TV, Video player, air-conditioner, BBQ, gyms and so on… A big white table is in courtyard. You can invite your friends to have a nice afternoon tea or enjoy yourself by breathing the fresh air~ Room is in medium size (very enough for a female) with a big wardrobe. There are a double bed, a beside table, a desk, a chair and a heater (for winter) in the room. (Landlady provides bed linen.) Two bus stops are close to the house: -One is 3mins walking from the house; 43 go directly to Belconnen; 314 go directly to Belconnen, UC, ANU and City. -One is 5mins walking from the house 16 go directly to Florey shop and Belconnen. These two females are friendly and easy-going. One is studying law in ANU in her 30’s, the other one (landlady) is working in government department in her 40’s. Both of them have good daily schedules. Sometimes landlady’s grandson comes during weekends, but they plays in lady's living area or courtyard, and he is a pretty boy and won’t annoy u! Very suitable for who wants a quiet & lovely place for study or after work~ SIX MONTHS CONTRACT AT LEAST, FEMALE ONLY, SMOKE OUTSIDE ONLY.
