We currently have two rooms available.
The room/s are in a modern, near new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit located at Garran. There is visitor and off street parking, a bus stop across the road (to woden, the city, belconnen etc). The apartment is also within walking distance to Canberra hospital, Garran shops and Woden Shopping Centre.
The apartment is large, and includes electric cooking appliances, a balcony, dishwasher, microwave, spa (in the bathroom that you will share), dryer, in slab heating, and double remote garage.
The first room is $150, and therefore does not have built ins or a remote parking space. The second room, including built ins and the remote garage space and therefore is $165.
With the exception of the rooms, the apartment is newly furnished and therefore would not require any additional furniture. Sorry no pets are allowed at this apartment.
We are looking for someone who is always clean and reliable in paying rent and electricity on time.
