The house is walking distance to Belconnen Westfield, 15 minutes from Russell Offices on the Parkway. Great central heating, sunny rooms and a little deck out the back for BBQs. Female non-smoker prefered, no pets or couples. Rent is $155 pw + bond and shared bills. The room will be available from approximately 3rd Jan 2010 but an earlier move date can be arranged for the right flatmate. Inspections can be made up to Christmas and then after new year.
