Hi I’m a friendly, public servant looking for a female (non/smoking) housemate to share a 3 bedroom fully furnished house in Rivett which is quiet and close to shops and bus stops. The house has gas ducted heating, a big backyard, dishwasher and broadband internet. There is off street parking available. The room is unfurnished and will fit a queen sized bed. There is a wardrobe in the room. The bathroom will be shared between us.I’m looking for a housemate in their mid 20s who is friendly and not a hermit but also respects when you want your own space, accepting of the usual responsibilities of living in a share house and considerate of others. The house is well suited for a new grad with minimal household items that does not want the hassle of setting up a new share house, a full time working professional or a student. I am an animal lover but already have a cat, she`s usually outside during the day but indoors at night so no pets please but ideally you are an animal lover. This is not a party house but occasionally I will have a glass or two of wine after a long day at work. Rent for the house is $150pw (plus bond). We will also share combined bills and household cleaning responsibilities. No couples please. Room is available now.
