Looking for a female in her 20s or 30s to fill a room in a sharehouse at 30 Wakefield Avenue Braddon.
Room is $190/week which includes all bills (electricity/gas/unlimited internet). Off street parking, large yard, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The room is pretty big, with a decent sized window and partly furnished, although the furniture doesn't have to stay. Available immediately.
We already have three boys here and only one girl, so we think we really need another girl to round out the house.
Current occupants are all in their 20s, two students, and two workers and pretty laid back. We like to have a few beers and we don't worry overly much if there are a few plates left in the sink. The house has... personality, so those looking for somewhere trendy to stay need not apply. Would ideally suit a student. Suited professionals may not fit in as we are a colourful bunch.
