I am the current tenant at this premises and have placed this advertisement on behalf of my flat mates. The only reason I am sadly vacating this lovely apartment is because I need to relocate for work. I should be out of this room within the next week or so, so if you are after somewhere to move into ASAP this is perfect!
The two easy going and fun girls I currently live with are in their early 20's.
You need to:
-Be male or female between the ages of 20-25.
-Have no pets
-Be willing to go on the lease and have background checks done through the real estate.
-Pay $160 per week, paid in advance fortnightly, with bills additional (shared evenly 3 ways).
-Bond is $600 (4 weeks rent)
About the property:
-The room is the biggest out of the 3 bedrooms. It has built in wardrobes and enough space for a bedside table, desk and double bed.
-Parking space available.
-There are electric heating units upstairs and downstairs
-A balcony
-Laundry facilities (washing machine, sink and dryer)
-2 modern bathrooms
-Modern kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a dishwasher.
-Is fully furnished (apart from your new room), but if you have some extra furniture it can be negotiable.
-The area is very quiet and friendly and is a 2 minute walk to the Farrer shops and close to Mawson.
