And there is fancy heating/cooling system where it keeps the temperature at a standard temp on different days, for instance, on the weekend the heater stays on for longer because people are still home etc. There is a secure underground carpark space with internal locked access, recorded security cameras on the perimeter (and you can tune the security cameras onto your tv).
