Looking for our new housemate
Your housemates:
We are two friendly females in our mid-20s currently looking for a respectful and reliable female housemate to come join our modern three bedroom apartment in Bruce, as our current housemate is moving interstate. Eva works as a public servant, enjoys reading, watching movies and going to the gym. Claire works as a marketing consultant, studies as a post-graduate, is a vegetarian, enjoys yoga, reading and walking.
We enjoy socialising together watching movies or sharing the occasional meal. We like having a share house where we can come home to a peaceful and considerate environment, relax and socialise together, as well as having our own personal space to do our own thing. We also equally contribute to keeping the place tidy and clean in shared areas.
Our apartment:
We live in a modern three bedroom apartment on the first floor with large living area, a kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooktop, and a balcony. The apartment is located next to a park, walking distance to UC and bus stops, and 10 mins drive to Belconnen mall. Your room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe and window, big enough to fit a double bed and a desk. It includes an underground car space and storage cage, and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate.
You:
We are looking for a friendly, honest, reliable and trustworthy female housemate to join us. You will have previous share house experience, be in your mid to late 20s, a professional or post-graduate student and willing to stay long term. You will be a non-smoker, responsible, pay rent and bills on time, clean and tidy, and share house work equally with us. You will be an open-minded person who enjoys chatting with us, sharing the occasional meal or watching a movie together. As well as someone who enjoys their independence and is respectful of other housemate's personal space. You will enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, where housemates communicate well with each other, proactively contribute to the household and adapt to live well with each other.
Costs:
Rent is $135 per week paid fortnightly, plus bond of $500 up front, plus ADSL 2 internet at $26.60 per month. Electricity and gas will be split equally and you will be asked to sign a lease.
The room is available from Saturday 24th December.
