Also the unit has an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing area (drier + washing machine) and a lovely balcony. You are more than welcome to share the equipments together with us. There are barbecue area and swimming pools in the building, which is great for party and friend meetings. As you know the Avenue apartment is close to the city centre and right in the traffic bus stop so it is very convenient and easy for you to go around this area.
About us, we are students studying in Canberra and we love to share the unit with someone who are friendly, easy going, and clean. We also like someone who respect others' living space and others' studying time.
The rent is $300/week and paid at the beginning of the month. Rent is not included gas, electricity or internet.
