My housemate is moving overseas at the end of April, so I'm looking for a housemate to share my lovely rental house in Ngunnawal.
The house is great for sharing as it has two living areas (one will be unfurnished), two bathrooms and a double lock-up garage. The room available is the main bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. House situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has lovely gardens with rose bushes and a gazebo. Whitegoods (fridge, washing machine and microwave) provided. Bus stop around the corner. By car it's 10 minutes to Belconnen and 15 minutes to Civic. Rent is $185/week per person. Bond is required. Electricity and phone bills to be split 50/50. I'm a 24 year old female public servant, looking to share with a professional, male/female who is tidy and responsible.
