Hi my wonderful housemate is moving back overseas so Im now looking for a new equally fantastic female non smoking housemate to share my 3 bedroom fully furnished house in Rivett.
The house has gas ducted heating, dishwasher and broadband internet. There is off street parking available. The room is of a moderate size and is furnished. The bathroom will be shared between us.
I am looking for someone who is employed, housetrained, clean, friendly, and considerate of others. The house is well suited for a full time working professional, new grad with minimal household items that does not want the hassle of setting up a new share house or a student. I am a friendly public servant that loves animals, currently have a gorgeous cat who is indoors some of the time ( ideally you are an animal lover that doesn't have any pets), love a glass of wine and a good meal after a long day of work, dance and travelling. This is not a party house. Im looking for a housemate in their mid 20s who is friendly but also respects when you want your own space and is trustworthy.
Rent is $170pw(plus bond) and we will also share combined bills and household cleaning responsibilities. No couples please. Room will be available from the 17th of July 2010.
