We are currently seeking two or one person/s to move into our share house in Monash. We are offering the master bedroom for this place which has a walk in wardrobe and its own ensuite. It also has a private door for access to the pool area and backyard. Two people in this room would mean the rent for the week per person is $125.00, or for a single occupant $250.00.
The house is fully furnished (except the bedroom) and has the added features:
-Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning
-A 36 square meter pool
-Recently done up garden
-Double car-port garage/shed
-Lengthy driveway (for extra car-parking)
-Wood fire place
-Undercover entertainment area
-Alarm system

As the people who are moving out are currently on the lease, we will be seeking at least one of the occupants to step forward and put their name on the lease. This can be changed at any stage, and bond will not be required for any of the occupants. This place is less than a 5 minute walk to the Monash shops, and local bus stations, and a 5 minute drive to Erindale shopping centre.
If you are still interested and prefer, we also are offering a room down the back of the house suitable for one person for $125 per week.
