This room has a built in airconditioner and is un-furnished.You will have access to the house, which includes the kitchen bathroom, toilet etc...also the house has an inground pool which you will also have access to. The house is only 1 minute drive to Kippax, and 5 minutes from belconnen. A local IGA, doctors and chinese takeaway is located directly opposite from house. Also a bustop is only 50m away. Also included with the room is a garage space for a car if requried and also wireless broadband (ADSL2+). This amount also includes your utility bills, BUT DOES NOT include food or meals being provided. you must prepare and cook your own meals aswell as clean up after yourself!!
