Hi! We're two guys (late 20s, public servants, generally amazing individuals) looking to replace our soon-departing housemate. Great house - very spacious and well appointed, has charm. Nice big backyard. Close to O'Connor shops (5 min walk), Braddon shops (10 min walk), and Civic (15 min walk). Room will be unfurnished but the house is furnished. Room is bigger than normal in Canberra, with heigh ceilings, window looking out into the yard, and access to built-in robes and storage space.
