The rent is $115 for a bedroom in a 4 bedroom terrace in Golden Grove st, Darlington/ Newtown. Nice, quiet upstairs bedroom. Available now! The room measures 2.8 x 2.4m. Could fit single bed, desk, wardrobe, or double bed with a litle wardrobe and a little desk. (We can supply a single bed if you want it). Friendly, cosy house in quiet street. Very close to King street, super close to Darlington side of Sydney uni. Short walk to newtown station/ redfern station/ sydney uni/abercrombie street/lots of nice pubs/goulds books! etc. You would be sharing with three girls (20 years old), one boy (21) and one tidy cat. Two of us study (psych/ physics) & two of us work full time.
