About the house
$180 each for a double or twin room ($360 total), there are two separate rooms available.
Ideal location, minutes’ walk to Bondi Junction transport (trains and buses to city/beach), shopping centres, restaurants and bars.
House is perfect for international professionals and students, looking for somewhere nice to call home. Live in a social environment with 8-10 other like-minded people from Australia and around the world. The house is well organised, so it is always clean and peaceful.
All furniture is included, along with all bills, internet, Foxtel TV and the home phone.
The house is spacious, with a large kitchen with all modern appliances. Everyone has plenty of cupboard and fridge space for themselves. There is a large washing machine, with plenty of space for drying.
House boasts open living area with lounge room (large TV), computer with internet, dining area and outside courtyard.
In order to make sure it’s a homely environment, there are some "house rules" that everyone follows, things like washing up after yourself, not smoking inside, no parties etc. If you'd like to see a copy of these email.
Also, I run a tour business from an enclosed room and the garage downstairs. This has minimal impact on the house, but it does mean you’re welcome to free tours with www.udu.com.au and there may be a possibility of doing some paid work for the business.
The house is friendly, with plenty of good people to help you make the most of your time in Sydney.
