Social, tidy, easygoing, non-smoker and occasional drinker.Looking for a furnished single room (bed, study desk and a wardrobe if possible) in a 2 - 4 people shared household in the following Sydney regions: Rockdale, Kogarah, Marrickville, or their nearby suburbs. (I don't really mind dogs or cats as long as they are not aggressive but I do wish to share a house with other non-smokers.) I speak fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin).
