We have a medium size room available with a bookcase and single bed. Room has a high ceiling fan and is at the front of the house in a quiet area.
Prefer: Non-Smoker or Outside Smoker only with no children and must speak English.

Available is a medium sized room that has a ceiling fan. This is a front room that has one large window and one smaller window on the size. Blinds are on both windows and white curtains are on the large front window. The room has a bookcase and a single bed provided however; if you have your own furniture we can remove those items if you wish.
It is in a nice quiet and safe area with friendly neighbours and the bus stop is literally a two minute walk away. Shops are also close by as they are within a 10 minute walk and the train station is a 40 minute walk. If you have a car we have off street car parking available.
The person looking to move in would need to like dogs as we own two of them (a chihuahua which is an inside dog) and a cattle dog (which is mostly an outside dog). Both dogs are very friendly and have very gentle temperaments. We are looking for a tidy person who is willing to pull their weight in the household jobs and participate in a weekly house meeting.
The people you would be living with are one couple (29 and 23 y.o) and one extra female (23 y.o). In total the house has three bedrooms, one toilet, bathroom (with both shower and bath), renovated kitchen and an internal laundry. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
We only have the one fridge and generally we share the shopping/cooking but if you prefer and have your own fridge we are happy for you to bring it and have your own separate food. The house has been fully insulated and there is air conditioning in the lounge room.
