A master room in 2 bed room unit is available now. The room is fully furnished and the unit has internal laundry, fridge, TV, DVD player, kitchen, balcony, and open plan living and dining area.

The apartment is located in Randwick and just minutes away from UNSW, POW hospital, shops and only 10 - 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach. Bus stop is opposite the apartment.

I need non-smoking female flatmates or a couple who are clean, tidy and considerate.

The rent is $320/week (for 2 people) or $290 (single) Internet, electricity and home phone line charge are included (you’ll only have to pay for your own calls).

2 weeks bond + 2 weeks in advance, please.
