Three girls and one guy are looking for someone to share our huge 5 Bedroom terrace house in Petersham. Three of us are students, one is working full time. We’re looking for a like-minded person, either a guy or a girl, who would want to share our home with us. We would like you to be able to commit to at least 6 -12 months, so no travelers please.
Rent is $165 p/w + utilities. We also need four weeks rent ($660) as bond, plus 2 weeks rent in advance ($ 330).
The house, located 3 minutes from the train station and 30 seconds from New Canterbury road, is in an excellent position for public transport. We have a large living room, large kitchen, and paved and grassed back yard. The room, a master bedroom, is the largest in the house. It has a double balcony, high ceilings and gets plenty of afternoon sunlight. Located upstairs, it's not too cold for winter either. Note that it is also unfurnished.
