Fantastic hugee garden/outdoor area (maintained by Liz) and heaps of living space. Down near Glebe High School, this place is near the water. There are three rooms available, two smaller rooms (but still big!) with access to a shared verandah - one room has a fireplace, and a separate larger room with window to backyard. All three are upstairs and my room is downstairs. Home sharing considerations - Rent per week is 250 for the two smaller and 300 for the bigger room.   Lifestyle & interests of householders - I am Liz, fun-loving, easygoing, in full time mon-fri work as an education specialist. I spend lots of time in the garden, enjoy sailing, cooking, have the occasional party and enjoy socialising. I smoke sometimes but only outside.
