We are a young married couple who are looking to share our house (and rent) with someone/s quiet, responsible and honest but fun.
The room is a double, with very high ceilings, but will be unfurnished and has no built ins, however we are willing to work with you regarding sourcing furniture (Ikea is 5 minutes walk and we have borrowed a trolley to bring home some recent purchases)
Rent for $200 per week (~$250 for a couple), but this is negotiable on you. Preferably you are: stable, gainfully employed, drug free, non smoker and reliable (points if you are handy with a hammer and like scifi and/or gaming).
Included in rent is all bills (excluding extra foxtel products (multiroom, movies,sport, adult channel - your welcome to it but you pay) and your phone calls) included are fortnightly cleaner, foxtel, electricty, gas, water, cable broadband.
We have two cat's who live inside (so if you don't like cats, don't apply!) but they are used to being shut out of rooms.
If we all get along fine we guarantee a 6 month lease (if interested) and depending on landlord there should be an extension, but rent may increase after May 2012
