Hi there!
We have one small room available for rent on George street in Redfern. The cost of the rent is $162.50, not including bills (which are an estimated $20 a week).
The room is partially furnished with a bed and a clothes rack. There's enough room for a desk, and the window allows for plenty of sunlight in the afternoon.
The house has a large living room, and is currently being shared between 2 students and 2 workers, who are easy-going and friendly.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Redfern station, 20 minute walk to Sydney Uni, UTS or Central station. There are plenty of shops nearby (fruit shop and bakery nextdoor, Domino's right up the road :D). We have ADSL2+ internet, available to all rooms.
