The house is within walking distance to the hospital, shops and public transport, and I am happy for short or long-term people. The unit is fully-furnished, with all cooking facilities and utensils, fridge, washing machine, bedroom and lounge furniture. Large furnished bedrooms (x2) available, with wardrobe and bed provided. We have ducted air conditioning for our hot summers, and heating for those cold winter nights. Nice sized garden with gate access to shaded parking. Pets are negotiable - the right pets are welcome!
