I have a room to rent in Reynella. I am looking for a person to rent my spare room, decent sized room (double bed fits easy), room is available now. The house (3 bedroom) is fully furnished & set up, good sized house so we dont have to live in each others pocket, the room is NOT furnished. House has large yard & plenty of outside living space.
My name is Steve & am a 45yo single father of a 9yo who also lives with me, so must like kids & we also have 2 dogs, sorry no other pets allowed as the dogs are not sociable with other animals but great with people. I have alot of activities in my life so i tend to come & go. I am an outside smoker.
