Greetings. I am seeking an established premises in the CBD (Adelaide city) to share with student female/s, ASAP or within the next 2 weeks. However, I would consider sharing with a male providing a female lives there currently too.

I am a 22yo female, domestic uni student who works part time. I am clean/hygenic,understanding, friendly, trustworthy and chilled and am seeking the same qualities in housemate/s.

It is important that I have a parking area allocated for my small car and that outside smoking is permitted. I am not concerned if room is furnished or not. The time duration I am seeking is a minimum 12mths stay.

I am currently living in the CBD (and love it), so ofcourse I do not want to move out of the 5000 post code. Despite this, I am needing to move in soonish and still encourage people that live WITHIN 5 KMS OF CBD radius, who can accommodate me to contact me.

Please remember that I can/will NOT live with male/s, therefore me being the only female. Those emails will be deleted instantly. Please do not expect a reply if the suburb you are offering is NOT in CBD or WITHIN 5 KMS radius.

Ofcourse, I am happy to supply a 4 week bond. Please let me know what price per a week you can offer me, including brief details of your self (and fellow housemates) and of the premises.
