I have a room available in a 2 br appt just 3 minutes walk from the university in the Bent Street Apartments building. The apartment is fully furnished and you only need to bring your clothes and kitchen utensils and settle in. The room has: - Double bed and mattress - 1 two door wardrobe - 1 desk and chair - 1 study table with a 3 drawer underbench cabinet - 1 bedside lamp Other provisions in the apartment include: - TV and DVD player - Air conditioner - Fridge/freezer - Microwave - Dishwasher - Sofa - Dining table and chairs - Washing machine and dryer - Ironing board - Vacuum cleaner - A balcony with 2 chairs Its a 2 br apartment  and 1 room is occupied with a health science female student and I am looking for another girl to fill the other room. The rent is only $812.5 per month which is $183.5 weekly and is available from july. I am looking for someone to stay here from july to december 22nd.
