I have a small 2 bedroom unit off Wright Road, Para Vista. The unit is in a group of 12, mine is toward the back and is very safe, secure and quiet. I am currently painting and touching up the place and am looking for a flat mate to rent my second bedroom (unfurbished). The unit is in a convenient location approximately a 15 minute drive from the CBD, 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza, very close to public transport and supermarkets.
