Fully furnished, spacious and sunny room for rent in 3 bdr house in Seacliff. $150 a week (bills included). Very convinient location, close to the train (5 min walk) and the beach. 10 min to Marion Shopping Centre. There are two females living there at the moment (owner and a student) and two little inside dogs. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy, preferably female.
