Very large spacious unit in a nice quiet area. Short walk to public transport. Room has floor to ceiling wardrobes (so plenty of space) and is fully electric. No off street parking - but located in a quiet and safe area. Would require 2 week bond and would prefer long term tennancy if possible. No bills are included in the weekly rental they will be extra.
