I am a female looking for one person to share my unit with!
The unit is a part of four units that are located off the road. It’s only a two minute walk to Mitcham Square Shopping Centre, post office, bank, gym, petrol station, pub, movie theatre, liquor store and food outlets and a five minute drive to King William Rd, Hyde Park where you can experience fine dining and designer shopping!
It is very close to the city and all universities, about a 15min drive to Adelaide Uni (in the CBD) or Flinders.
The neighbours are friendly, and the rent is cheap and affordable! The unit has a private court yard and vegetable garden. Stylish, freshly polished floorboards accommodate the entire unit. The unit is warm in winter and very cool in summer with gas and electric air conditioning. Undercover and off-street parking is also available. This unit is has upmost security with locks on all windows and outside doors.
I’m interested in finding an easy going, friendly, person who has adequate standards with cleaning the house and someone who I could crack open a bottle of wine with.
Im looking for preferably females between the ages of 19 and 27ish.
