we have a big beautiful house in prospect that has 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, a granny flat, a huge kitchen, a cellar, an old shop front and a massive garden with fruit trees, veggies and lots of sun :)
we have one room up for rent and it's your choice as to which one, the granny flat or the shop front are both available.
currently there are 4 of us living here, 3 (22-25yrs old) females and a male but the male is going to move out asap so we need a replacment. We are a mix of students and workers.
we are relaxed and easy going people, there are 2 cats here and a dog but the dog is going with our friend, pets welcome.
one of us is vegan, and the other 2 eat meat. we compost and recyle and like to grow our garden organically.
the house is on a beautiful leafy street, close to the great shops and cafes (cafe komodo and cibo) regular buses (including a bus that goes straight to flinders uni) and is only a 20-30 minute bike ride into town.
rent is 235 a fortnight each.
