hi there, I have a room for rent and it will cost $150 per week including electrcity bill, and water bill. It is a 3 rooms house and fully furnished. Washing machine, refrigerator are also available. And this house is really near to curtin university, take you 5-6 minutes to curtin by bus.and 2 minutes walk to the train station and bus stop.It will only take you 5 minutes to the city by train. Is really convenience.We have 2 people in this house, and both are asian (a male, and a female). we would prefer clean and quiet female.
