I'm a 24 yr old male Aerospace Engineer, and my other housemate is 21 yrs old and she is studying Law at UWA. My house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (only 1 shower though) weather board character home with wood floors and tall ceilings. It is fully furnished in the shared living areas but the room is semi-furnished. There's a gas heater in the lounge and central air con through all the rooms. Rent is only $100pw. Utilities and amenities are $25pw, which includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband Internet and Phone Line Rental. Bond is $400.
