i am a 48 y/o guy in a 4 bedroom house in osborne park. house has 2 bathrooms, 2 liveing areas, outdoor spa, bbq area, large paved entertaining area and large kitchen. i have 2 rooms to rent. 1 has a double bed and 1 has a single bed. both have tv,s and desks. wifi internet. i currently have 1 lady renting 1 room. use of household goods. quiet location. i would prefer Asian ladys as i am a night shift worker and would like to keep the house quiet and peacfull.
