I have 2 rooms for rent in a modern villa in Salisbury North
- Room 1 without BIR ($160 per week)
- Room 2 with BIR ($170 per week)
- Bills included (including ADSL 2+ internet)
- Fully furnished except for bedrooms
- Bathroom to be shared between the 2 rooms
- House has ducted air conditioning and heating in lounge
- Two weeks bond required
- One weeks rent in advance
The rooms are open to males and females. Will consider couples. Must be working or studying. Prefer non smoker. You will be living with a 23 year old female, working and studying so I won't be around much of the time.
