The house is furnished with spa bath in bathroom, washing machine and dryer, kitchen with fridge, microwave, etc; lounge room with TV, DVD player, etc.
$80 per week rent. There is internet available, but needs to be shared with current tenants. The electricity bill is shared amongst the tenants, every quarter.
