A 5 min bus ride/drive to CBD and so much more! Seriously its the best place you could live! The room on offer is unfurnished, master bedroom, with large built in robes and personal balcony overlooking our courtyard... The house has downstairs lounge, seperate kitchen, laundry/toilet and second living area, plus massive courtyard.. upstairs has a large double bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a study and large balcony for entertaining. Up front payment required is bond: $800, plus 2 weeks rent $300 ($1100)... then $300 fortnightly for rent thereafter. We're looking for a housemate to share with 2 mates- one male, 26, one female, 25. We're social drinkers, we love a good time, but we also like to have our own space...We both work in hospitality, and work all different hours of day/night. We're fun loving ppl, who are looking for another to join us... prefer age 21-30 range. You must be fully employed. You must have a proven rental history as you will be required to sign a 6 month lease (renewed every 6 months). You must be clean, tidy, respectful of maintaining a chilled out and agreeable living environment. We never fight, we've never had one and would like it to stay that way...
