Hi, I've just moved into a lovely house in Campbelltown on a quiet cul-de-sac street. The house is nicely decorated, fully-furnished with a sunny backyard and separate shared study and computer. I've just started a new 12mth lease. The house is freshly painted, updated with new carpets and floating floorboards, also reverse cycle air conditioning and good gas heater. The available room is unfurnished with lots of light. There are nice views out to the hills and are a mere ten minutes drive away.
The owners are extremely nice, so no cold real estates to deal with. Shops are within walking distance, there are buses close by and the city is only a 20minute drive out of peak hour. $145 p/w plus bond deposit and bills.
I'm a responsible female with good communication skills and love to see the humourous side to life and am looking for another housemate with a similar disposition. I've got a cat (would negotiate other pets) and it's a non-smoking house but would be okay about smoking outside.
