We're a pretty easy going, quiet couple looking for someone around our age (20-30) to share our three bedroom duplex in Mitchell Park. We're about 10 minutes from Westfield Marion, close to public transport and Flinders Uni.
The single room is furnished with a single bed, desk, cupboard, TV, side table and desk lamp. The rest of the house is also fully furnished.
The house has two living areas, a small one at the front with gas heater, TV, lounge and our computers. The other, larger area has another lounge, coffee table, fish tank, spare storage cupboard, and room for bookshelves or other furniture.
There is also gas cooking and hot water, a combined bath/shower, separate toilet, large washing machine and a big backyard with not much in it.
Rent is $70/week plus utilities. We have unlimited ADSL internet connected.
