The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom (however there are 2 built in robes), large front balcony with full city and coastal views and large enclosed back decking area great for entertaining. All bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located downstairs with large open plan kitchen and communal area upstairs. Air-conditioning and heating upstairs.
House is situated close to public transport taking approximately 20 minutes into the city. Parking on street available (cul-de-sac). Close to Burnside shopping centre, where you'll find a supermarket and other specialty shops.
