we are looking for a employed person to share a lovely 3 bedroom family home with beach views with two others . the room is fully furnished with built in robes and ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan and queen size bed . person must be reliable clean and tidy and able to pay rent and bills on time . looking for someone who is easy going honest and does not mind helping out with house jobs . also references are required where situated in the southern suburbs of Adelaide walking distance to beach and shopping plaza and local deli and bus and train transport and tafe . rent is $100 pw plus $100 bond
