Hi I currently have 2 large rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom house,shared with a couple, aviable from 22nd July (next Tuesday). The house is located on the payneham road (bus stop 14, right in the front of the house), and it is near marden shopping center and all facilities. Both rooms are furnitured with 2 door wardrobe, single bed, study desk and chair, also 50 GB adsl 2 high speed internet available. The price for both room is $120 and $130 respectively(negotiable), the price includes all the bills. What you only need to pay is just telephone bill excluding rental fee.
