We are looking for a housemate aged between 24- 38 to share with in a near new 3 storey 3 bedroom townhouse in the eastern CBD (near Bikram Yoga Studio) with double garage, balcony and rooftop terrace. House is fully furnished with all essentials and more, including bbq and outdoor setting so only bedroom furniture is required. The room available is an unfurnished double bedroom with its own refrigerative air conditioner/heater. The previous tenants had queen bed, wardrobe, drawers and side table. Perfect size for a young professional or student. Foxtel and ADSL is already connected and the costs are shared equally among tenants. The rent is $160 per week + bond + bills. Bond is 2 weeks plus 2 weeks rent in advance. One tenant is a 3rd year nursing student also working in hospitality, and the other works on a full time basis. We are both sociable people however appreciate a quiet and clean household. We are looking for someone friendly and responsible (preferably young professional or older student).
