House is fully furnished, with fridge, stove, washing machine, hot water & puritap. also a large shed, carport and large backyard. the room is unfurnished with no wardrobe or a/c. (have a spare queen mattress if needed) house is along chambers avenue in richmond area, quiet neighborhood away from major roads, 2 bus stops (500meters away) marion road and richmond road., public library and woolies 1 km away. looking for one (1) mature, hardworking & responsible housemate who can get along with everyone, clean up and pay rent on time. sorry but no couples...
