I need a housemate in the Morphett Vale area. Must be vegan but a vego could be considered. It is a big house and i'm here by myself so there is plenty of space available to use including one or two bedrooms, a study and a rumpus room. These are all fairly empty right now and we could share as much or as little as you require.
The house is a 2 minute walk from a bus line that leads directly to Flinders University and the City.
I am planning to attend university next year and work part time so i cannot afford to live here any longer by myself. The rent is currently at $135 per week (that would be your share of the rent, total is $270) plus bills and wi-fi internet. A bond would be needed to forward to the landlord; a housing SA bond would be fine.
I am 31 but am not too fussed about any potential housmate's age. I am happy to have a student or a full time employed person here, anyone really.
