It is a classic Italian brick house. With two storeys it is deceptively quite large stretching three quarters of the way back down the block.

The main living space is upstairs. The classic bright orange kitchen is straight out of the seventies but ya do get use to it. There's plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, a double sink with insinkarator, fan forced oven, two fridges a view out to the east.

The bedrooms are all carpeted and the living spaces are tiled. The front lounge & dining is huge. We have a pool table in the front lounge room. There are fans throughout with a split system airconditioner in the back lounge room. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and have mirrors and drawers. All have beds that are in good condition.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath for those Sunday soaks and there is a shower too. Master bedroom has an ensuite with the 3rd shower. Downstairs is the courtyard that we use for BBQ's and there is access to the back lawn. Oh there is another shower in the downstairs bathroom too. The main third of the downstairs area is the landlords and his office space. with seperate access to the front.

Because we are so close to town we go out to party and choose to 'quiet down' at around 10pm so as not to disturb our great neighbours. As the office runs a network that is connected to the Internet almost 24/7 the house also has access to plug their respective computers into the network and check emails, or limited use of one of the office computers.

The security system has fingerprint scanning entry and external cameras and cameras in the office downstairs sending pictures to the internet. No Big Brothers here. The cameras are on the outside of the house.

This is a lived in home, not a pristine upper crust apartment. It's secure, quiet, close to everything you could want living in the inner city and reasonably priced.
