We're a young working/student couple looking for someone to rent our downstairs rooms, which include a large bedroom with wardrobe and cupboards, bathroom with shower/bath, and an even larger extra room to use as you wish as a study/lounge/etc.
Large kitchen, laundry and outdoor swimming pool are shared(just you and us).

House is located in quiet street in Zone 1, walking distance to Toowong Village/Station and Regatta Citycat.
