We have a double room to rent available NOW in a beautiful, clean townhouse
(3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
Your room comes with a double bed and build-in wardrobe, Air Con, nice balcony with the garden view.
There is nice fully fitted kitchen and living room with all the equipment such as refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, TV, DVD player, sofas and everything you going to need. All the kitchen hardware is also provided including a new rice cooker, etc
There is also very nice front yard with big table, chairs and palm trees-great place to relax or have a glass of good wine

The Toowong village shopping centre, Train station, Sizzler and frequent bus station is just about 200m away. City Cat station is about 400m. Bikeway is just outside the front door.
There are 3 people living in the house at the moment. We are all pretty quiet; all making sure that the house is always nice and tidy.
Your bathroom would be shared only with one guy who is full time uni student.
Price is $280 per week for double room
Price includes All Bills- No more to pay
